Interpersonal Skills and Leadership Development

The Interpersonal Skills and Leadership Development module is managed by Dr. Jeff Austin. This course sequence is designed to develop mid-career professionals in the personal and leaderships skills needed for system engineering and other leadership positions in the space industry. The classes are designed to provide practical lessons in the areas of organizational behavior, organization theory, and leadership development.  The method includes lectures, personal assessment, experiential exercises, and coaching sessions tied to the Central Case Project.
